The students will also be visiting tourist attractions and experiencing the highlights of Finnish culture in their downtime and Finnish vocational education at SEDU in Seinäjoki.

The study tour to Finland is part of a schedule of numerous tours funded by Erasmus+ and organised by NSC, the tours will focus on different vocational areas such as Business Administration, Agriculture, Motor Vehicle, Hairdressing, Health and Social Care, Hospitality and Catering, Travel and Tourism, and Engineering.

Bev Parry, from NSC’s Enterprise and Development Department, commented ‘we see these work placements as a fantastic opportunity which will add value to the students’ College qualifications, and provide experience of a different language and culture.’
