Ashley is working with Business Development Manager, Jo White to build existing relationships with local businesses and create new ones. Ashley comments, ‘The Shipley Campus is a fantastic venue with great facilities which is small and friendly and offers students of all ages a perfect learning environment which is different to that of a bigger College. We want to offer new courses in terms of qualifications and leisure courses and we want the local community to support us in achieving this.’

Staff and students who work and study at the Campus are well aware of the amazing facility, however many local people are unaware just how special the Campus is and what is available there. Ashley goes on to say, ‘We urge people to pop in anytime to have a tour of our lovely Campus and find out what courses are available. We need to ensure people know that although North Shropshire College is our head office, the actual Shipley Campus is on Bridgnorth Road, next to Gardenlands.’

The College has an open day coming up on Sat 5th August and anyone interested is urged to book a tour with Ashley via 01902 709840 or Shipley@nsc.ac.uk Ashley welcomes visits to the Campus anytime, just drop in or call ahead to book.
