COOK UP A GREAT CAREER WITH CATERING COURSES

People wanting to work in the catering industry can sign up for bakery, cookery, and hospitality courses starting at City of Wolverhampton College in September.

The full-time Level 2 and 3 diploma courses will give students the practical skills and knowledge needed to work as bakers, chefs or in front of house roles in a range of locations including restaurants, hotels, bars and bakeries.

Students will train in the college’s industry-standard facilities at the Metro One campus in the city centre and gain experience of preparing and serving meals for customers in its popular Academy restaurant and making cakes, bread and pastries to sell in its on-site bakery shop.

For more information on the courses call in and talk to tutors at the Metro One campus, visit www.wolvcoll.ac.uk/subject/hospitality-catering/  or call 01902 836000.
